We offer a variety of shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders within the UK.
Shipping Fees
We also offer the following shipping options:
Standard Delivery (UK) 2-3 working days Free
Worldwide Shipping - £15 for international tracked shipping, but if you spend over £50 this qualifies for free tracked international shipping.
If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after your order is placed with any additional shipping information.
Please note: All delivery times and dates provided are estimates and given in good faith.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise stated, deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance. For further details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that free standard shipping does not apply to international orders.
International deliveries may be subject to customs rules, restrictions, duties, or taxes over which we have no control. You are responsible for complying with any laws applicable in your country and for covering any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase!
We hope you are happy with your item. However, if you're not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please review our return policy below.
Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date.

Items must be new, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Return Process

Contact customer service at callofdesigns@outlook.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging along with the return form.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
Exceptions
